This was Le Polish’s Polish Pickup polish for the month of September, 2017, Fall Foliage and Fun, called What’s Up, Bog? The inspiration was a picture of a cranberry bog at sunset.
It is my first and so far only Le Polish. This polish was super thick, and tough to work with. I ended up needing 3 thick coats for opacity.
I was worried it would end up looking too thick on my nail, but it really didn’t. As much as I didn’t like the formula, this polish really grew on me. I kept looking at my nails, admiring my mani! I love the color and the red glitters that shine through- like little cranberries.
Here’s a close up!
I really love that I can try new brands with Polish Pickup, and this was a win, even though the formula was crummy. I got a lot of compliments on this polish, and I really love the color!
Polish Pickup is a monthly shop where lots and lots of indie makers sell polish around a particular theme (we’ve had Video Games, Books, Crystals and Gemstones, 90s, Old Hollywood, and many more!). It is open the first weekend of every month and shipping is only $3, even for multiple orders (if you make one order, shipping is $3, then if you make multiple orders it will charge you $3 again, but you will be refunded that $3 as orders start to ship). It is an awesome way to try new makers, new kinds of polishes, something out of your norm!
Live your life with love in your hearts and glitter on your nails!
