I thought I’d try the first 4 random OPI blue polishes I grabbed from my OPI melmer!
First one up is Cosmo with a Twist, from the Fall 2015 Starlight collection. A gorgeous dark purply blue with a shimmer!
I love the shimmer in this polish!
I did 2 easy coats of this, OPI shimmers are generally easy to work with!
Then we have Yoga-ta get this Blue- part of the 2008 India collection!! I haven’t had this that long, lol, but of course, nail polish doesn’t go bad!
Of course this was a Sally’s clearance polish, forgive the goo from the price tag!
I did do 3 coats, and it was still maybe a smidge patchy up close, but it’s such a rich polish!
So pretty!
Then we have My Pal Joey- from the January 2016 Hello Kitty collection. This was one of the first nail polish collections that I hunted some polishes down from as I was first collecting polish. This wasn’t one I hunted down- but I found it on clearance at a Sally’s and snapped it up!
It’s such a vibrant color! It’s not a dupe for Sally Hansen’s Pacific Blue, but I’ve seen comparisons that show it’s close- My Pal Joey is a little darker from what I can tell.
This is a 2 coat cream, not streaky!
So pretty!!!
Last but not least is Umpires Come Out at Night. This looks an awful lot like Yoga-ta Get this Blue!
Here they are side by side- honestly, I mixed them up when taking pictures, lol. Yoga-ta Get this Blue is on the left, Umpires Come Out at Night on the right.
See how close? Umpires has maybe a little more shimmer in it.
Here’s another one of Umpires Come Out at Night.
It’s a super pretty polish! Cosmo with a Twist is just a smidge more blurple than these two, and of course, My Pal Joey is the bright gorgeous blue of the bunch!
It was super fun to just try some of the OPI blues that hadn’t gotten any love yet.
Live your life with love in your heart and glitter on your nails!
