This is China Glaze Blue Sparrow- I had no idea it was a matte polish until I put it on! This was from their 2008 INK collection- the same collection that brought us Celtic Sun.

So cool, right? It almost has a shimmery vibe even though it’s matte.

The formula was easy- even as a matte. It didn’t dry to fast and wasn’t crazy!

Here’s one more matte.

Then of course, I glossed that bad boy up!!!

Isn’t it so pretty with the glossy top coat?? The shimmery aspect really comes out when it’s shiny!

And I do love this shade of blue, it’s so pretty!
