This is a great polish, Color Club’s Right On, a bright purple neon! 

I did 2 coats, and was super surprised that it actually dried matte. But then I remembered that neons usually do! This one is unusual, in that it has a little bit of shimmer in it, which to me always seems to make a formula easier to work with.

I am not about the matte life, so of course I put a glossy top coat over it (I used Seche Vite).

It was easy to work with, but it did dry quickly (matte polishes usually do). 

Bright! Purple! Easy to use! Highly recommend! LOL
