I got OPI’s Hot and Spicy on clearance- maybe at Sally’s? I don’t remember, lol. Orange polishes are not really my thing, but I figured, what the heck, good for a base for a Halloween mani, or something summery. 

And it’s really good! It’s not a jelly, but it’s almost a crelly (cross between a cream and a jelly). Not quite that, either, but it had a really easy to apply formula and I felt like it looked good on the nail.

It’s not super bright, I feel like it’s almost a dark melon color, if that makes any sense. Like a super orangey cantelope color. Coral leaning orange! That’s it!

It was good at 2 coats, and for a scary cream it applied super easily! I had no problems with it at all.

I don’t know if you can tell in the close up the kind of squishiness it looks like it has. But it’s there!

I really like this color! It’s a good orange cream, great on it’s  own or as a base for toppers (this is what I put under Ethereal’s Opal Juice) or nail art!
