After I had my middle nail break, I decided to swatch some older polishes I thought might look good on shorter nails- and then I went topper crazy! First up is OPI Jade is the New Black.
It’s an older polish, so don’t mind the UBS- the formula is gorgeous.
Then I topped it with OPI Lights of Emerald City. Which I hate. LOL. This is from the 2013 Oz the Great and Powerful collection (after the movie of the same name).
It just didn’t spread out well on the nail and was hard to work with.
And those white squares are SO BIG! LOL. The little iridescent and gold squares are cool, but as I said overall it just didn’t spread out easily on the nail!
Subjecting you to one more picture. Poor short little middle finger nail, lol.
So then I wore China Glaze Tip Your Hat, a pretty red polish.
A quite neutral red with a great formula. Then I topped it with OPI’s Snowglobe Trotter. I’ve had this for a million years, I actually got it at a Dollar Tree for $1!
I love this topper! I love this so much!
This is from OPI’s Holiday 2014 Gwen Stefani collection.
I love the different sized glitters- the teeny tiny iridescent glitters and then the big old iridescent glitters and then WHAM- big white hex glitters!
So the only miss was that Lights of Emerald City topper. I loved everything else! Live your life with love in your heart and glitter on your nails!
Loving the glitters 😀
