Soooooo OPI has a new frosty nail polish collection out (Neo Pearl Collection). I pulled this Wet N Wild polish out of some random polishes I bought from someone on Facebook, and this was a frosty brush-strokey blue, kind of a color cross between the Did you See Those Mussels and Two Baroque Pearls. This is one of their Crystalic polishes (idk what that means, and idk how old this polish is- early 2000s I think, so pretty darn old!

So if frost is what’s in, then this fits the bill and I don’t need any of those Neo Pearl polishes (though a couple of the Infinite Shine ones caught my eye, not going to lie).

The formula was just fine, it didn’t need thinner or anything. You can see the brush strokes in the polish I didn’t bother doing the sponge the last coat on technique. I mean, if frosty is the name of the game, let it come complete with brush strokes!

I did 2 thinner coats then a thicker third coat- but 2 medium coats would have worked just fine.

It’s definitely a frosty polish!!! It’s fine, but super streaky, although those OPIs look like they’re worse, lol.
