So I tried two Ethereal Lacquers and I thought I’d put them in the same post because I tried them together, as Snowflakes at Dawn is a topper. I tried it over Tonic Polish’s basecoat I’m So Sweet.

I did not love this look. I think that the Ethereal looks kind of pitted. And it makes my nails look not good, lol.

See what I mean? Not pretty. So then I tried Ethereal Lacquer’s Floral. And this is GORGEOUS.

I wore this the same day as the topper, and you see how much better my nails and cuticles look? So it’s not me, it was the polish, lol.

The formula was divine, it leveled out like a dream and the color!!! Absolutely gorgeous!

Just so pretty. I love this cream polish!

So then I decided to put Snowflakes at Dawn over Floral.

And meh. I just want to love toppers, especially these opaly like toppers, but they just don’t work out for me. This was no exception.

Here’s another picture of it with the topper.

I didn’t hate it as much over Floral as I did over the light base coat. But it’s still a no from me, dawg.
