Happy Valentine’s Day! It was this past Sunday, and here is what I did for my nails! The base is China Glaze Fur Real Though (the hot pink) and Dance Baby (the light pink), topped with Femme Fatale’s Sugar & Sequins. Femme Fatale is an Australian nail polish brand, but you can get them easily from Beautometry or What’s Up Nails in the US (and they participate in Polish Pickup or Hella Handmade Creations too).

That glitter topper is just a completely jumbled topper, and I LOVE it! This was a Hella Handmade Creations polish, and she did several of these kinds of toppers. I have bought them all, but this is the first one I’ve tried.

It has hearts, stars, hex, circle and square glitters and kind of larger bar glitters. LOVE it.

And both of the China Glaze polishes had great formulas! I did do three coats of Dance Baby (the light pink) as it was a touch streaky, but not terrible.

So at first I tried to sponge on the glitter, but it just kind of piled up on the nail and I actually had to start over, lol.

So I kind of swiped and dabbed it on.

I just love it! It’s a hot mess, in such a good way! It was perfect for Valentine’s Day!
