I did an experiemnet with my thermals, and had a few “dead” ones, so I decided I needed to start wearing them earlier after I purchased them- so I put on Fancy Gloss Pink Confetti.
So here’s my “criteria” for buying a thermal- I don’t buy in summer, because of heat during transportation, and it has to be a fairly stark difference between transition colors- like here between the white and the pink.
Look at that flakie goodness, too! I love the shade of pink and the tinge of pink in the white as well.
And it was freakin’ hot when I wore this! So I thought it would be hard to make it transfer, but it was not- an easy easy transition!
I did three coats, it was a lovely polish and I’m really, really liking Fancy Gloss thermals (and I bought her neon creams, too- I think they’re supposed to stamp maybe? I don’t remember…).
Next up is Lacquer Lust Faberge. I ~think~ I got this in a Color4nails mystery buy, and it’s meh. Just sooooo not my style.
I mean, honestly it’s fine, pretty and delicate, and I do like the glitter in it and the smattering of holo- but just more “office appropriate” than I go for, lol.
It is a pretty base color, too. I did three coats and the formula was fine.
It’s my only Lacquer Lust polish, I’m pretty sure the brand isn’t around any more- at least I didn’t find it easily on my brief search.
Then Ever After The Windy City. There was drama with this brand, one of the makers (the other split off from Ever After well before the drama and started Rogue Lacquer) was involved in some shady behavior and basically deleted the brand. But I still have these polishes.
This is a pretty silver polish- not much to it, lol.
I’m trying out some midi rings, not sure how I like them, will keep playing with them, I guess…they look so cute on other people!
Nice and sparkly, it was on the thin side, so I did three coats, but an easy formula!
Live your life with love in your heart and glitter on your nails!
