So, Kunimitsu was a brand I got when a dear nail polish friend passed away, and several of us who were her friends got some of her nail polish. So not only is it a beautiful polish, but it has a special association with my friend.
This was a mini, and this is probably the only time I will ever wear it.
This was great! I have now idea how old this polish is- pretty old, I’m sure- but the formula was great, especially for such a glitter heavy polish!
I love the shimmery, frosty light yellow base (I wonder if it was a lighter base at one point and some glitters bled into the base, but it doesn’t really look like that, the glitters look just fine, and still bright and vibrant).
It really layered nicely too, and the glitters really stand out which is fun. Really great polish!
Then I pulled out Glam Don’t Stop Me Now from their Queen collection.
Super pretty blue base with blurple and pink glitters and maybe some iridescent flakies.
I did do three coats of this, and the glitters built up just fine.
I like this color combo, but I do feel like Glam does a lot of repeats of glitters and bases, so it’s not necessarily super unique within Glam.
The closeup really shows the iridescent flakies that just add a little somethin’ somethin’.
Then I put on JReine Hold My Earrings, which is a unicorn pee polish. JReine has a questionable past, so I no longer buy from them, but I do wear the ones I already have.
It is a beautiful polish, that UP is stunning.
I did three coats, as UP polishes tend to be pretty sheer. The formula was great!
Live your life with love in your heart and glitter on your nails!
