In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, I pulled out some gorgeous greens I had untried in my collection, so here they are! First up is Pretty Serious Disc of the Heavens.
I did three coats- the formula was finicky, and you can see it didn’t self level well. I probably should have worn a nail line blurring base, but I was too far into the mani to start over, lol.
It’s a pretty seafoamy green with shimmer running through it.
Unfortunately, Pretty Serious isn’t around anymore. While this color and this formula aren’t my favorite, it’s still a pretty polish!
See that hint of nail line, especially on my middle finger? You wouldn’t really notice it irl, though.
Then- then- this GORGEOUS Different Dimension polish, Make it Reign. IT’S GORGEOUS.
This deep green with gold shimmer is stunning.
The formula was divine, too. Almost a one coater!
Now on to a mainstream polish, OPI How Does Your Zen Garden Grow- a ligh green with a ~touch~ of yellow.
It looks more green irl. The formula was fine, I did just two coats, so that was nice.
It’s a pretty color, especially for spring- maybe with flowers and bunnies, lol.
It’s a good polish!
Then I wore Dam Polish Peridot. All the Dam polishes I have have been amazing, especially these gemstone polishes! This is two coats and look at the holo flame!
It’s such a beautiful color!! A kelly green with a drop of yellow in it.
Then I stamped it. I first tried a green stamping polish, which didn’t show super well, so then I did white.
It is….fine, lol.
Then I wore JReine’s Hand Grenade- I love this polish, it is so cool!
Loo at this gorgeous bright green with that bluish shimmer! I maybe should have put undies under this, there’s a bit of vnl, more so in pictures than irl.
I just love the shimmer!
Then I wore Tonic Polish Key Lime. This was from their Rainbow Brights collection- I almost never buy whole collections, but I bought this whole collection.
Gorgeous color! This is two coats.
I love this shade of green. Well, I love all shades of green.
Next is China Glaze’s I’m with the Lifeguard. This dries matte!
I did three coats of this- I had to be careful to not get ridges, and I did start with a ridge filling base coat just to start.
It’s so cool! And so bright! I then put a glossy top coat on just to see what it looks like.
Still cool, but I do love the matte effect.
Last but not least, and what I actually wore today on St. Patrick’s Day, NailedIt Ghoulfire. It was part of their Supernatural collection (an amazing collection and an amazing show!). It’s gorgeous!
Flakie filled but the formula didn’t get thick and gloopy.
I did three coats. I love the touch of blue in this polish- but it’s definitely green, not teal.
Phew! A lot of green polish!! And all beautiful! Live your life with love in your heart and glitter on your nails!
Great selection of greens 😀
