2019 Year End Mainstream Nail Polish Favorites!

I always end up wearing more indie polishes throughout the years than I do mainstream polish (that’s why I do Mainstream Mani Monday, because there are some great mainstream polishes out there and I don’t want to neglect them!) So here were my favorite mainstream polishes for the year, with my very favorite at the end! The others are in no particular order.

I have a ton of China Glaze, so let’s just start with a classic China Glaze that I waited until now to wear (who knows why!), Ruby Pumps!

This is a perfect red for my skin tone, I love it!

Essence is a brand I don’t have many of, a friend of mine got me these in Canada when she was there, though I think it’s available in the US. This is Beam Me Up. I wore this on my shorties!

China Glaze Sunset the Mood was another mainstream fave of 2019. I love this vibrant orange slightly jelly formula polish. In certain lights it has a coral lean to it.

Or then it looks downright orange.

China Glaze Bodysuit Yourself is another fave! I love this pinky coral color.

The only Essie on my list (it might have been the only Essie I tried all year?? I can’t remember!) was a fave, Pret a Surfer.

A blue with the touch of gray maybe?

A glitter topper I really liked this year is China Glaze’s Gift Fur You, from their Sesame Street Holiday 2019 collection.

It’s full coverage in 3 coats, but also a cool topper!

OPI Heart Throb was a surprise favorite of mine, it’s such a pretty jelly neutral polish, not my usual “type” but I really liked it a lot!

I did 3 coats- this polish would be perfect for a jelly sandwich type mani!

Zoya Persephony is such a pretty polish! Such a soft glowy

And of course the great Zoya formula! The shimmer is so pretty!

OPI Clash of the Tartans was from the Scotland collection, it was one of the exclusive Ulta/ Sally polishes, but I got it on Polish Pick (a great place to get for OPI and China Glaze for a great price). It dries to a matte finish.

And then I of course glossed it up. What a gorgeous color, and it was a one coater! Which is good for mattes, sometimes that second coat gets tricky.

China Glaze On the Nice List was another from the China Glaze Sesame Street Holiday 2019 collection. I know most people absolutely hate bar glitter, but I think it’s super fun. I loved this combo of bar glitter and teeny tiny micro glitter.

A great topper, and I don’t really love toppers!

Then comes Zoya Journey- another great shimmer and ahhhhmazing orange color!

This was perfect in the summer! I did 3 coats of this, the third coat just deepened up the color just a smidge.

China Glaze Monsterpiece from the China Glaze Summer 2019 You do Hue Sesame Street collection is another awesome pink polish I loved in 2019!

It’s a full coverage glitter that is sooooo pretty! I love this color. I did 2 coats and then a little dabbing to fill in any minor areas. It smoothed out just fine with 2 coats of top coat.

And I might as well put China Glaze Fur Real Though also from the You do Hue 2019 Summer collection. It is the hottest of pinks!

It has a bouncy jelly formula that practically applied itself, and I only had to do 2 coats. This is a gorgeous polish!

OPI My Pal Joey was from their original Hello Kitty collection from 2016 (where has the time flown???), but I only just wore it this year! And it’s a good one!!!

And aren’t the bottle caps so cute?? A gorgeous blue with an easy formula, great in 2 coats.

A perfect bright blue!

China Glaze Cowboy, Bye was the only polish I got from the China Glaze Fall 2019 Gone West collection, but it’s a great one!

A scattered holo in a mainstream brand!! This is a brown with a ~hint~ of purple, such a pretty, unique color!

I love this polish so much.

Zoya Eden is such a good basic pink cream. I don’t do cream polishes much, they’re just not my jam, but I love this one! The color is perfect for me, and the formula was so easy to work with!

This was a surprise fave, as creams aren’t my usual go to’s, but this is just a great polish.

And last but not least is my favorite mainstream polish of 2019, China Glaze Sexy Silhouette! I wore this on my shorties, I need to wear it on longer nails, lol. This is of course my favorite color, hot pink, and an easy formula. An oldie but goodie (I think it originally came out around 2011! Who knows how old my bottle actually is!).

A very red pink, deep and gorgeous, great formula, love love love.

One more for the fave!!

So here they all are! Lots of pink, I know, but these are MY favorite polishes! What were yours?

Live your life with love in your heart and glitter on your nails!
