4th of July Mani, Polish 'M

4th of July Mani!

Yes, it’s the 6th of July- I did this mani on July 3 (because it was easy but still patriotic!)- but with changing my blog back to the WordPress format, I didn’t get this blog post written, so though the nails were on time, the blog post isn’t, lol.

I have recently become a fan of Polish ‘M polish! I had never tried her polish, but she put out some neons that I bought, and along with those I got this polish, Grand Old Flag! I needed a new patriotic polish. I rarely have time to do nail art, so although I might have good intentions, I almost never get anything fancy done. I wanted something I could put on and it would look good, and this was a great polish for that!

There’s a lot going on, a blue base with all kinds of glitter going on.  I didn’t get any stars out of my bottle, but I did this mani super fast (we had bikes to decorate for our 4th of July bike parade the next day!), so I didn’t bother with turning it upside down or trying to fish out bigger glitters. I still got plenty of glitters without doing that!

I did 2 thickish coats, and even with all the glitter this wasn’t super rough. I did 1 coat of qdtc and that smoothed things out nicely.

I have worn 2 Polish ‘M polishes now, and really liked both of them!

Live your life with love in your hearts and glitter on your nails!
