Mainstream Mani Monday- Halloween Edition- The China Glaze XtraStellar collection

I was soooo impressed with this collection this year!!!! There are 6 polishes, and it runs the gamut from shimmers to matte to even a holo! Every one of them is a winner, really!!!

The first one is Little Green Invaders. It’s a cool polish, a great fall/Halloweeny green!

All these went on like BUTTAH! I mean, these duo-chromey polishes are usually so so thin, these were amazing and all two coats.

If you like green polish, this is one for you!

Next up, the holo! This is She’s So Extra- Terrestrial.

This is such a pretty holo! Really in my opinon a true teal- not too green, not too blue!

And pretty much a one coat wonder! I did do two, old habits and all, but you can definitely get away with one.

It has a great holo flame, and such a pretty color!

Next is Keep it Realm- an ~almost~ dupe for OPI Every Month is Oktoberfest. It’s not exact, but it’s dang close!

That blackend purple with a gorgeous shimmer- it’s dark and vampy, but doesn’t look black on the nail at all.

Again, an easy two coats! It’s just beautiful.

Next, my least favorite of the bunch, though it’s just a least favorite, not a hate. This is Holee Shift.

It is a neat polish- a grey to purple duochrome with that great formula.

You can see the purply shift to this, and almost a hint of green shimmer, too.

Next to the awesome purple satin matte shade, Purpletonium!!

I had forgotten it was a matte, so as it was drying I was like, hey, cool, this is drying matte! LOL

It’s such a soft looking finish! And I love this shade of purple- not quite a blurple, but definitely a blue-leaning purple.

And last but not least, Now or Nova! This the almost dupe to OPI’s Germanicure.

Now or Nova is a touch more orange, while Germanicure is a touch more red, but they’re close!

A great formula- you do have to be a bit careful of the lines as you brush- I don’t know if you can see, but there’s a weird mark on the right corner of my middle finger- that was where I swiped the brush along the top of my nail to seal the nail tip, and it left a weird mark I didn’t notice. But it’s still cool!

Yes, this is a great collection! I love them all. I got them for really inexpensive on polishpick.com– not affiliated- it’s just a good site for China Glaze and OPI (they have some Essie, Morgan Taylor, and other brands as well).

Live your life with love in your heart and glitter on your nails!
