October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month- Pink Polish!

Okay, so I didn’t get this up in October but still wanted to post these gorgeous pink polishes I wore in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! I adore pink polish, so this was so fun to pull out some untrieds, some I’ve had forever like the first one, Femme Fatale Megara!

I was able to coax a slight transition out of it still!

Love the gold shimmer throughout it. Then I tried my first Kathleen & Co polish, Razzle Dazzle.

Can you say gorgeous bright hot pink! Wow! I’m impressed with this brand for sure (and spoiler alert, I wore a Kathleen & Co polish for Thanksgiving!).

This too had a gold shimmer running through it. Then came Pipe Dream Polish Mas Fina. This brand isn’t around any more, but I got this in a destash.

It’s a purple leaning pink. I decided to stamp hearts in purple over it!

Up close you can see the glitters in the polish. It’s a really neat polish! Then I wore Nail Hoot Sweatin’ to the Oldies, a Polish Pickup polish- I knew I needed this polish the second I saw it, and it did NOT disappoint! An amazing hot pink holo!

I love the deep raspberry hot pinkness!

Nail Hoot does holos so well, the formula was divine! Next was Night Owl Lacquer Pink Coconut Ice. I thought this one would be brighter than it turned out to be- but it’s still a super pretty polish!

A more scattered holo, a little on the jelly side. I did do 3 coats of this.

There’s the cat hair you’ve been waiting for! LOL

And last but not least is Vapid Succitumi Baby, a more coral leaning pink. This was so easy to work with. I’m so sad Vapid isn’t around much anymore (though I love that she’s still doing Polish Pickup sometimes).

It has a suuuper scattered holo in it, with a bit of a blueish shimmer, it’s a really gorgeous polish.

So make sure you check your breasts, get a mammogram, take care of yourself! My mom, aunts on both sides of the family, and maternal grandma all had breast cancer, and all survived, even back in the day when the only real treatment was a radical mastectomy. So I’m grateful for advances in medicine that make that less likely, but I would sure rather have a cure!

Live your life with love in your heart and glitter on your nails!
