Bee's Knees Lacquer, Unicorn Pee Polish

Try Another Thursday- Bee’s Knees Neibolt Street

I am not one for neutral polishes, even ones with unicorn pee, but I really fell in love with this one when I saw it. Bee’s Knees Lacquer Neiboolt Street.

The maker, Sarah, also made undies for each of these UP polishes, and she had a promotion where the undies were free. UP polishes can be on the sheer side, so having a cream polish to put it over saves you from having to do 5 coats of the UP polish to get it opaque, lol.

Both polishes were very easy to work with. I don’t love creams, and I don’t love putting polishes over creams, as I feel like I don’t match up around the cuticle like I want to, but these were really not at all difficult.

You can kind of see the green and red shift of the UP in the close up.

If you’re not familiar with unicorn pee, it’s how we in the nail polish community refer to a particular pigment that is pretty hard to find with that red/green shift. The OG UP is Clarins 230. Do a Google search, you’ll see what I mean.

This would be my perfect interview polish. Neutral, but with pizzazz. And I feel like it doesn’t give me lobster hands!

I highly recommend this polish! And here’s the Bee’s Knees Buzz FB page for fans of Bee’s Knees Lacquer!
