I bought three Top Shelf Lacquer polishes over a year ago, and finally wore one! This is Blue Bell Cocktail.

Isn’t it so pretty?? It’s a blue jelly base with blue (and maybe some other colors) flakies in it.

The blue base does stay a little sheer, this is 3 coats, but it’s sooo packed with flakies that I didn’t care that the base was a little sheer.

I really like the effect the polish gave, and I adore the deep blue color!

Oh, yes, the flakies are different colors, lol.

So far I’m impressed with Top Shelf!
